Q) How can I return a product?

Q) What is your return policy?

Any product purchased from our website can be returned within 10 days for a full refund provided it's in the original condition as It was shipped to you including the original packaging and Solo Luxury seals.(Please check the image of the seals)

Note: No products shall be accepted if the seals are tampered or broken we have the right to refuse an exchange or return.

Q) How do I cancel an order?

The order can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.

To cancel the order please contact the Customer Support.

Q) How much time does Refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return received at our office address and being approved for refunds.

Q) How do I package my item for return?

Place any unwanted items with original packaging inside the protective Solo Luxury box in which you've received the product and seal it properly. Our customer care will guide you through the documentation and other return procedure.
